Puisque vous me connaissez , vous savez que 2006 a été mouvementé.

Vous étiez là pendant les premiers mois, les plus difficiles et y etes toujours. Je dois me dire heureux que vous soyez toujours là pour me dire à l'occasion que vous m'aimez. Certaines amitiés datent de 40 ans d'autres moins mais votre sincérité et fidélité m'ont donné le courage de traverser cette année.

Dresser la liste serait difficile et injuste. Chacun(e) possédant ses talents ,ses charmes et sa grandeur d'ame. Tout comme à la remise des Oscars, je risquerais d'en oublier ou d'en blesser selon l'ordre de présentation.Ils sauront se reconnaitre.

Je leur souhaite une année formidable.(N'oubliez pas, vous n'allez pas vous reposer je suis encore là pour un bon bout.)

Ma famille qui habite à l'extérieur me demande de vous remercier d'avoir été là pour moi , donc MERCI en leur nom.

Natif d'un milieu bilingue, il ne m'est aucunement difficile de passer du français à l'anglais et de meme à l'inverse.On me reproche parfois de ne pas m'affirmer francophone mais je travaille en français, la majorité de mes fréquentations est francophone. Je ne peux nier mes racines, j'ai des cousins qui ne peuvent pas éternuer en français et d'autres qui ne peuvent éternuer en anglais.

Donc bilingue je peux ''zapper'' le téléviseur tout aussi bien en français qu'en anglais. Les commerciaux j'ai l'occaion de les voir aussi bien en anglais qu'en français. Ce qui m'insulte c'est de revoir le meme commercial en français mais créé par des imbéciles qui imaginent devoir tout
expliquer comme si d'etre francophone était synonyme de ''pas brillant ''.

Quand il y a jeu de mots ça va, mais quand c'est la meme situation est-il nécessaire de changer quoi que ce soit ? Petit exemple les enfants qui offrent des bouchées de poulet au prof. en disant
''2 bouchées et demie'' , on aura vite compris qu'ils en ont mangéesles petits crapauds. POINT. ON EST PAS DES TATAS.
Je retrouve ce genre d'insulte dans plein de commerciaux qui veulent prouver qu'au Québec on fait encore mieux.

Si ça m'insulte c'est que je dois etre francophone quelque part, mais de voir ces agences de publicité qui nous prennent pour des illétrés ça en est trop. Et quand je vois que l'Union des Artistes vouloir forcer le Gouvernement à légiférer en matière de traduction de films en Anglais
de sorte qu'ils soient traduits ici plutot qu'en France, je trouve ça pousser un peu fort. Il y a 20 ans ils forcaient la législation à accorder ''la loi cadre'' assurant que les gros films américains ne
pourraient etre présentés si la version française n'était pas assurée. Eh bien ils sont en français encore la une insulte, comme si les Québécois n'avaient pas l'intelligence nécessaire pour comprendre le FRANÇAIS. Bientot on exigera une version pour Chicoutimi (Saguenay) St-Henri, Outremont parce qu'ils ne parlent pas un Français international.........?

LE TERRORISME SILENCIEUX SE PORTE BIEN AU CANADA

Il est très facile de terroriser nos politiciens au Canada vous n'avez qu'a leur dire que vous allez tirer la carte ''RACISTE '' et vous aurez ce que vous voudrez. Meme si pour certains l'origine est Française il n'ont pas les couilles de leurs ancetres ni celles du Gouvernement Français qui lui, a mis ses culottes.

On nous impose plein de choses de la part d'étrangers qui ne sont en rien un accomodement raisonnable. Nous n'empèchons-pas les étrangers de pratiquer leurs religions non plus ne les force-t-on à le faire dans des catacombes. Ils peuvent pratiquer chez eux ou dans leurs lieux de prière.

Hors de plus en plus ils envahissent notre territoire avec non seulement leur pratiques archaiques mais avec leur mentalités archaiques qui ne servent en rien le bien commun du peuple canadien dont ils font partie.Le raciste à mon avis est celui qui créee une barrière volontaire en séparant les gens avec des mots comme ''gentiles '' et ''infidels''. ce sont ces personnes qui ne peuvent voir les autres comme étant simplement des gens d'une religion différente de la leur. Comment alors pourront-ils un jour accepter les autres comme étant simplement des gens d'une couleur différente ou d'une culture différente ?

Récemment un travailleur (non juif) a été expulsé de l'hopital juif parce qu'il mangeait un sandwich au jambon sur les lieux de l'hopital. Dans un autre cas les policiers ont été avisés que seuls des officiers de sexe masculin pouvait intervenir
aupres d'une secte religieuse juive.Dans un autre cas à Toronto le juge a ordonné que soit enlevé du foyer d'une cour quelconque, un arbre de Noel car les non-chrétiens croieraient que justice ne leur serait pas rendue. Encore dans le cas d'hommes qui ne peuvent assister aux cours pré-nataux si il y a une femme musulmane dans le cours.
Encore dans le cas de nos hopitaux ou aucun homme, médecin, chirurgien, anesthésiste ou autre ne peut administer des soins aux femmes musulmanes meme en cas d'urgence.

Assez c'est assez.Ce sont nos ancetres qui ont défriché cette terre, à la sueur de leurs
fronts et d'arrache-pied qu'ils y ont bati leur petite cabane et enlever les roches. Ce sont nos ancetres qui se sont battu au nom de la France ou de l'Angleterre pour l'obtenir et la faire vivre cette terre.Ces gens nous arrivent ici alors qu'ils n'y ont jamais rien contribué et nous imposent leurs lois dépassées .

Ici on dépense une fortune pour les programmes destinés à l'égalité de la femme et eux nous forcent à faire l'inverse car ils considèrent la femme comme une pourriture infecte et une moins que rien. ASSEZ C'EST ASSEZ. En acceptant de venir vivre ici ils acceptent de vivre à la façon des gens d'ici comme on le ferait chez-eux. ( non...je me reprends ''comme on nous forcerait à vivre chez eux'' ) Nos politiciens sont des chieux, le tonnerre et les éclairs , ça fait peur. On s'est débarassé de l'emprise d'une religion on en veut certes PAS une autre.

LA SOCIÉTÉ DE TRANSPORT DE MONTRÉAL DIT
PRENEZ VOTRE VOITURE FAINÉANTS.

L'intention de la Société de Transport de Montréal d'implanter un système de par lequel les usagers paieraient un tarif différent selon la distance parcoure entre les stations passe le message suivant: prenez vos voitures, au diable la pollution au diable le surachalandage encore plus cher aux heures de pointe.Trompez-vous pas d'une station ce sera l'amende ou le poste de police.

A-t-on pensé aux couts d'implanter pareil système ? On a introduit les cartes magnétisées pour réduire le personnel. On a introduit le droit mensuel pour réduire le personnel et voilà qu'on va tout renverser ça avec un système de controle qui nécessitera un personnel supplémentaire pour la vérification, et surtout n'allez pas croire que ces postes vous seront offerts si vous etes Québécois pure-laine.Pensez aux embouteillages aux postes payeurs.

On ne parle pas de l'aumentation annuelle automatique qui servira uniquement à payer des fonds de pension à ces futurs retraités .Ceux qui sont en poste portent plus de bijoux que les chanteurs de rap.C'est à croire qu'ils ne reçoivent pas le salaire minimum comme c'est le cas pour de nombreux usagers. Il n'en coute pas plus cher pour se rendre à telle ou telle station car le métro doit se rendre à une station bout de ligne pour revenir et ce avec 2 passagers ou 80.

L'ironie on reparle de créer un système tramway pour diminuer le niveau de pollution alors qu'on force de plus en plus les usagers à laisser tomber le transport en commun en faveur de la voiture personnelle. Le co-voiturage ça ne marche pas. Le chauffeur désigné tombe malade tout est à l'envers, sa voiture tombe en panne, meme histoire. N'allez surtout pas croire que la Ville de Montrèal n'y est pour rien, voyez à nouveau les couts de stationnement et les parcs de stationnement faire les frais de sa contribution.

Les gens en ont assez de se faire écraser comme des éponges pour les vider de chaque sous si durement gagné.

SEX DREAMS. ARE'NT THEY GREAT ?

A bit frustrating and a bit embarassing when you see that person again especially if you have starched the sheets but there is a soothing peace to them regardless.
You fantasize about the girl next door or the guy next door , or the waitress that serves you coffee every morning or the mail room boy or even your niece or sister in law, who cares but to have a sex dream changes the whole dimension of your relationship with them.

Yes there is intrigue as to wether it would be the same as in your dream, but you are not responsible for that dream. For one thing , no involvement, not having to go through the nitty gritty of everyday living with that person which might sober you up if you had to.( or at least wake you up.)

Are you being unfaithful to your spouse or love interest ? I think not. It gives you I find, the possibility of having a sexual relationship with another person without actually risking alimony payments , losing the house and your pension fund. It is as if you were sleepwalking, no one can hold you accountable for that.

They are beneficial in a way because after you have been in a relationship for a good
while you stick to the relationship only because you feel you could no longer attract anyone. Going through those nights of talking about your youth and other crap like that seems too big a job.

As exciting as discovering another person can be, you can't imagine reliving that night you were so nervous you could'nt get it up.You kind of want to keep the flab hidden and a bit of the sagging which you or your wife put up with, because you have the same type of wear .

So sex dreams are good. They give you confidence and boost your self-image, also they keep you sane.

DON'T YOU WISH YOU COULD WAKE-UP ONLY AFTER THE HOLIDAYS ?

Ever get that feeling that if only you could wake-up in January ? Well many people do, so you are not the exception. For one thing you may not have planned ahead of time or all the preparations are more demanding for the amount of energy you can muster. But this is normal it is the end of the year and you are tired. Honestly you feel that the whole period is an imposition on you.

You will be spending your hard earned money to buy gifts for people you don't care about that much, or for new additions to the split-up family. You will be forced to attend parties or receptions you would rather not attend and would prefer just staying at home in bed or reading a good book.

Well yes some of it is an imposition, having to see the brother-in-law who is way better off than you are, the arrow throwing bitch of a sister- in-law. The reminders that you screwed up your life or failed grade 10 about 20 years ago , they will all be there again. New shoes for the kids will be at the top of the list so you are not accused of child neglect, new fashions for the wife for those office functions, hauling luggage and diapers and kids to your parent's place several hundreds of miles away in the middle of the night and sleeping on uncomfortable sofas for a few nights with no sex and you are on vacation.

It's all there and you know what ? it will be the same next year. You wish you could all make it
just go away but you can't. You do it for the kids, you do it for your parents, for your office colleagues you do it for your spouse, and that is the spirit of Christmas. Giving a bit of yourself
to everbody. There is a consolation however, OTHERS ARE DOING THE SAME FOR YOU.

LE CANCER DE LA PROSTATE VOUS FAIT PEUR MESSIEURS ?

Si j'aborde la question c'est qu' un de mes clients inquiet me demandait
plein de renseignements sur le sujet. Non je ne suis pas médecin mais
pour avoir vécu avec 2 cancers je sais de quoi je parle.
Évidemment quand on nous annonce qu'on a un cancer on s'imagine
condamné. Mais le mot cancer est synonyme de mort seulement si on
ne le détecte pas assez tot et qu'il n'est pas traité.Mais avant de se prononcer
l'urologue fera faire des prises de sang, le premier indice le taux des A.P.S.
(antigènes prostatiques spécifiques) ceci n'est pas une confirmation mais un
indice. L'autre étape sera la biopsie, c'est celle-ci qui confirmera. Il y a aussi
l'echographie.
Les symptomes se trouvent facilement sauf que dans mon cas je n'en ai pas
eus.Pas de sensation de brulement après l'urination, diminution de rigidité
dans l'érection etc..Je n'ai eu que des douleurs soudaines au bas ventre.
Une fois le diagnostique confirmé, ce fut l'opération(prostatectomie radicale)
mais ce n'est pas toujours le cas.On peut procéder par radio-thérapie et il y
a une procédure appelée laparascopie que certains chirurgiens préfèrent.
Comme dans plusieurs opérations vous aurez de la couture avec des broches
un peu comme celles que vous retrouvez dans votre brocheuse au bureau.
Vous ne sentirez rien puisqu'elles seront installées sous anesthésie.Pensez aux
PUNKS qui se sont percer la langue etc, à froid .AYOYE. Après 10 jours on les
enlèvera et vous sentirez un petit pincement mais c'est moins pire que des points
faits au fil. Vous aurez des petites pertes urinaires lors de certains mouvements.

Voilà, c'est à peu près ça. Vous etes embarassé à l'idée du toucher rectal, ça peut
éviter bien des maux, peut-etre que vous n'avez pas de cancer et que vous avez
simplement une prostate enflée et c'est pour ça que vous avez l'impression de ne
pas avoir complètement vidé votre vessie, mais ça aussi est un des symptomes.

Vous vous inquiétez pour votre performance sexuelle après ? Si aucun nerfs n'a
été abimé lors de l'opération rien à vous inquiéter ça reviendra l'érection, sauf que
l'éjaculation, BYE BYE mais VOUS AUREZ DES ORGASMES(meme sans érection)
Encore là il ne faut pas s'inquiéter, il y a le Viagra, le Cialis et plein de moyens pour
parvenir à l'érection. Plus besoin de condoms......

Donc pour moi c'est comme ça que ça s'est passé. Faites-vous vérifier c'est important.
La radio-thérapie peut régler le cas, ça c'est encore plus simple, le hic c'est qu'il
faut retourner tous les matins pour 15 minutes (dans mon cas 33 matins)

Juste d'écrire sur le sujet me console, ça me semble loin loin derrière moi, plus de
2 ans déjà. Plus de traces de cancer et j'ai une vie bien normale. Je me répète
FAITES-VOUS VERIFIER SURTOUT SI VOUS AVEZ PLUS DE 50 ANS.

J'espère que ce billet saura dissiper certaines de vos craintes.Il est à remarquer
que certains cancers sont incurables de par leur nature de là l'importance de se
faire vérifier. Bien que je simplifie les choses, c'est du sérieux.

It is a proven fact that many people suffer from post holiday
depression. What are the reasons for this ? well there are many.
Some people go crazy during the holiday period in that sense
that they tend to overdoe everything. But you have your regular
run of the mill person who can for numerous reasons go through
this type of depression once the xmas tree is down and the numerous
parties seem far behind. No more decorations, no more good
wishes and the storekeepers are'nt as nice as they were when
they wanted your gift money. You now have to work to pay off
the xmas debts, now that can be a bummer.

Believe you me, from behind my bar I see many people going through
a depression when the ho-ho-ho's are over.They spent too much, they
were dumped by temporary (escorts for the parties) girlfriends or
boyfriends. The boss wants results (his resolution to kick ass) , then it
will be income tax filing time, some have to lose a few pounds etc..etc...

My advice as confessor from behind the bar, remember that people are
more sensitive to everything around this time of year because of the
frenzy, don't overdoe it. You will not insult anyone, you will not get in
a fight, you will not have an accident. Make it a point to start buying your
gifts early a little at a time. Set a bit of money aside to go south after the
holidays you will get more sun that way, because during winter the days
are shorter and darker and that is depressing.Plan to go to the gym, you'll
meet new people, and feel better for it. Go to a tanning salon, buy a sunlamp,
spend time with the kids. '' You have a problem when strangers at the bar
become your family and your family members become strangers.''

Much fuss has been made recently over the use of the ''N'' word
by Michael Richards at a comedy club, and frankly I wonder if
we are to be left indifferent by this or consider it ''N''bashing.
Barbara Streisand recently told a hackler to STFU and no big fuss
was made. When people choose to behave like animals they deserve
to be told so, and if they don't understand one way you have to use
their own language. When photographing a child you have to lower
to it's level in order to get a good shot and even have to use idiotic
''goo-goos and ga-gas ''to get their attention.When you go to a hardware
store and order some plumbing or electrical article and the clerck asks
'' male or female ? '' I have difficulty seeing all women banding together
because they are indignated that we use the term ''female'' in such a
loose manner.

When people choose to act like ''Ns''they should be told so. If you act
like a normal Human being you are treated as one.It gets me when you
hear complaints about racial profiling when in certain cases '' people ''bring
it on themselves.A simple example of this is the'' nylon stocking'' that many
young blacks wear even under their cap. Well to me that simply looks like a
person that is ready to commit a hold-up in a store or bank, always ready
to just cover their face with the stocking, that is what I call bringing it on to
yourself. Often times these new fashions are brought about by ''role models ''
such as rappers and signers. These fashions influence KIDS that do not even
understanding what these different symbols represent ,they adopt these and then
complain that people see them NEGATIVELY . Well, have tatoos on your face
and people will see you as a hardened criminal. I know this guy who's lawyer
wanted to get him a reduced sentence (2 years minus 1 day )and he refused it.
He insisted on getting 2 years or more so he would be incarcerated in a fereral
penitenciary , otherwise HE WOULD NOT BE RESPECTED BY THE MILIEU
That type of attitude says a lot as to what role models are expected to do.

Not every black person has to be a basketball player, as if all black people can do
is be an athlete, I however feel that the black leaders are not doing enough to
influence the new generations.Watch people's court or other shows of that nature
and you don't get a very good opinion of black people in general. Women fighting
like animals and slashing each other with broken bottles.Here in the Montreal area
we have had a slew of break-ins, even when people were present, old people usually
and in all these cases the culprits are black, how do you forge a good opinion. A better
effort should be made to promote OUTSTANDING BLACK CITIZENS and I under-
stand that some effort is being made to do this but they are muffled by role models
who need a good talking to by the leaders of the black community, get rid of the ''rea
dy to hold someone-up look and other negative stereotyping elements and you will
start changing opinions. In photography you have a positive and a negative, and in
all languages BLACK starts with an ''N'' be it negro, negra, negre no matter in itself
it is not negative . In old movies the protagonist wore white and the antagonist
wore black, The clothes were black NOT THE MAN.
It is the behaviour that turns the word into an ''N'' word.I am tired of hearing that
poverty and social injustice are responsible for what is happening, try EDUCATION
As I have writtten about previously and was telling a black friend of mine, education
is needed as well from the negative white part of community. Manufacturers don't
even make plasters for people with dark skin and yet they make all kind of plasters
with rockets and bunnies for kids. It costs a lot more to make these with all the
art work and different colours than to produce a dark plaster instead of flesh colour
intended for darker skins.(some ignoramus wrote back '' why not make some with
polka dots while your'e at it ?) You would not see a white man wearing black electic
tape to cover the cuts on his lilly white face , would you ? That is what I say.

it's the other way around. Man created God to his image regardless
of where he was or who he was . Black gods, yellow gods.etc.
Also, all groups believe that somekind of message was handed down
to mankind be it through tablets,scrolls,and other miraculous writings.
. All these old scriptures were written by human beings
with their flaws, ambitions and goodness. So they are bound to be inter
preted differently by different people with different flaws, ambitions
and goodness. The authors of these documents did not go through
psychoanalysis to get rid of their personal bugs before writing these
documents. Just like the plants, animals and other
living matters they served a purpose, that of being the gap filler between
generations, that is to say being born, procreating and transmitting values
they believed to be true to other generations and then dying.

If for a moment people stopped believing that they and only they, possess
the truth we would not have wars, but the amusing (not funny) part is
that, it is not religion but power that drives people to wage wars. If all
people believed that there is only one God (or no God at all) peace could
reign in some sort of way. but it is an impossibility.
What makes this earth turn is bi-polarity, oneforce against another and that ,
we will never be able to change.
The rich laugh at the poor while the poor make fun of the rich, the fat laugh
at the skinny and vice versa and so on. We all have differences depending
on which part of the world we are from. It is the belief that some are
superior to others that is evil. (survival of the species, read Darwin) So peace
will never be there in reality, but one reality does exist it is that if the human
race is given a common ennemy then it will unite everybody. Some of these
ennemies do exist. Amongst them are global warming , aids, child poverty,
malnutrition etc. but all these causes seem to leave many people indifferent.
What do we need ?a star war ? Maybe other movies where we all have
something in common,but we seem to forget that reality is worse than fiction.
