QUÉBEC'S HEALTH MINISTER PHILIPPE COUILLARD IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH WHEN HE CLAIMS TAHT THERE ARE 151,500 LESS SMOKERS IN QUEBEC SINCE THE BAN IN BARS AND RESTAURANTS A YEAR AGO.

PEOPLE ARE BUYING MOHAWK CIGARETTES AND YOU CANNOT BLAME THEM WHEN A CARTON OF 200 CIGARETTES SELLS FOR BETWEEN $15 and $20 compared to $80. in regular businesses. It seems that you can even get them for $8. a carton if you buy a case of 50.

I do agree that bars and restaurants smell better, but why the need to lie ?

Again we are supposed to believe what the Govt tells us to believe. One can come up with such figures by figuring what amount of cigarettes are supplied to dépanneurs by wholesalers but how do you interview all supposed ex-smoker$. Think of all the extra taxes you have to pay to make-up for this loss in the Govt's coffres.
